Yealink is the market leader in China and quite possibly soon, if not already, the world. They have many models; the one pictured, T46U, is on Amazon, more precisely US$138, CA$210, and is a good communication tool. The phone employs an appealing high-resolution TFT color display that looks brighter and more vibrant. United Yealink Optima HD Voice technology and wideband codecs, the T46U awards you the superb audio quality and crystal-clear voice communications. Moreover, the T46U puts dual USB ports in a phone that makes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB headset and USB recording come true, and you can use any two of them freely according to your needs.
To set up an IP phone, you typically need that phone's IP address, which you can get from your router or from the phone; this allows you to login to the phone via a browser rather than fiddle with the pesky menus. On most phones, press the OK button (the round center button) and the phone will show the Status screen; look for IPv4 — that is your phone’s IP address. Alternatively, if the OK button is disabled or customized, press Menu, go to Status, select Network, and look for IPv4 address.
The first time you log into the phone, you will be prompted to update the password. The default username/password is admin (if not, look for a sticker on the bottom side of the phone).
Go to Accounts -> Register -> Account 1
These are the settings changed from their default values:
Account - Choose the account you would like to setup
Line Active - Switch the toggle to [ON]
Label - Name that will be displayed for the account on the phone's screen
Display Name - outgoing Caller ID Display Name (use CAPITALS, maximum 15 letters or digits, no special characters; spaces allowed)
Register Name - YourUserID from the Welcome Email (or get it by login)
Username - YourUserID from the Welcome Email (same as Register Name above; alternatively, you could be using only one of them)
Password - YourPassword from the Welcome Email (or get it by login)
SIP Server 1
Server Host - YourDomain from the Welcome Email
Transport - Choose your preferred transport. By default: UDP (You can choose TCP or TLS if you need SIP encryption).

Go to Accounts -> Advanced -> Account 1
These are the settings changed from their default values:
Voice Mail - Set to "*97" (Star 97)
Directed Call Pickup Code - Set to "*8" (Star 8)
RTP Encryption (SRTP) - Only if we set up your account to use SIP encryption, use TLS in the transport (Account Register) and set SIP encryption to "Compulsory"
Go to Accounts -> Codec -> Account 1
Remove all codecs and only enable the High Audio Quality codec g722 and leave the standard PCMU. With the arrow, place the "g722" codec in priority (at the top).
Don't forget, if you would like to use the high quality audio codec, it will have to be enabled in the subaccount under "Advanced settings". Both codecs g722 and g711 need to be selected and G729 unchecked.
More information on codecs is available.
Yealink provides the Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS) to simplify the process of managing Yealink video and voice communication endpoint devices. YMCS delivers a host of capabilities and integrated functionality to enhance the user experience and to increase user adoption rates while consolidating customers under a cloud management platform.
You access this platform through YMCS Login.

For this, head to Site Management - Add Site.
There you only need to assign a name, a parent site (if there's one) and a description for your own use. Click on Ok when done.
The next step is adding the SIP accounts that will be used to link your devices with EZvoip. Make sure to have created the sub-accounts from your EZvoip customer portal at Sub Accounts>>Manage Sub Accounts.
To set up the account in the YMCS, go to Account Management, click on + Add Account and select Add SIP Account. Then, set this up as follows:
Site: Select the site where the account belongs

Username: Same as the Register Name
Password: The password of the sub-account you are adding
Label: Any label you would like to assign to this account
Display Name: Enter the name that you want to display on the outbound calls made from this account
After the SIP devices are connected to YMCS for enterprise, you need to add the devices to the platform, and then you can do the configuration or other operations.
To add a device, in the platform go to Device Management, click on Phone Device and then on Add Device. You will need the following information to add it:
