• National numbers purchased as of January 1st, 2019, require an address, proof of address and proof of ID before activation of the number. The address location of the end user can be anywhere globally. Valid proofs of address include third party issued bank statements, utility bills (all issued in the previous 6 months) and government documents (issued in the previous year), or IDs listing the submitted address such as government-issued IDs, passports, drivers licenses and business registration. • Due to the regulatory framework in Brazil, we need the LOA signed by the current owner of the number to be able to port-in numbers. In Brazil, the owner of the number is the operator to whom these numbers were allocated instead of the end user. Additionally to this LOA signed by the current owner of the number, we will need the last invoice of the service provided for these numbers.

• Toll-free numbers are not reachable from other countries than Brazil.

• In Sorocaba and Bauru, local reachability issues have been reported. These numbers are not reachable through local dialing. Dialing the full national number solves the problem but might be considered as long-distance call by outbound providers.

Purchase:

Other restrictions:

• For Geographic and National numbers, the practice of waiting loops without announcing to the calling party if the waiting time is free of charges or not is prohibited as per article 66g of the German Telecommunications Act.
