Why we cannot process all the signups

We are currently in Beta, which means that although our backend, reliability and functionality are top notch, we have yet to make all our features available on the web interface. Until we can present our customers a well-designed interface that gives access to the full power of our service, we do not advertise and we do sell our service at cost and in some cases at a loss.

Consequently, though we are thankful for all the interest our service has generated in spite of the lack of advertising, we cannot fulfill all the requests for service. In particular, we will not honor requests that have obviously false data, as such trial subscriptions are unlikely to ever become paying customers, nor are they helping us in design a better service. Although we are constantly adding new servers, some areas of the world, such as parts of Asia and Africa, are underserved and we cannot provide good service there. We will not provide a free credit to subscriptions from underserved areas or subscriptions with questionable data, unless they are accompanied with a PayPal subscription on the same email address. We thank you for your interest, but unfortunately, submitting your data repeatedly unaccompanied by payment will not result in a working account.

If, however, you ever find yourself in close proximity of one of our servers (we now have coverage outside North America in Paris, London, Amsterdam and even Melbourne), please let us know and we could try to accommodate you.

We might also be able to provide a free trial account to you if you email us latency test results from your location.
