How can I cancel service?

You can cancel service at any time, with no penalty. We would hope that before making this decision you would give us a chance to earn your satisfaction by letting us know why you chose to do so.

If you are on an Outgoing Only plan, you can simply stop depositing money into your account. If you are on a plan, please let us know in advance so that we can ensure a smooth transition for you. If you prefer that we actually delete your account, please let us know and we will unhappily oblige.

We charge no disconnection fee. If you need to transfer out your phone number you need to arrange that with your new provider. If, however, your account has a negative balance that may not be possible, so please make sure that you have a positive balance and that your balance will stay positive for the few weeks the transfer might take. You do not need a phone number to use your balance - you can make outgoing calls without having a phone number with us.
