A friend had difficulties finding a good, honest telephony provider for her home. It seemed as if every single company she dealt with were very nice when selling her the service but then would turn around, overcharge her and refuse to cancel service. We started this company selling her phone service at cost and soon she had another friend who wanted to try it, who brought other friends and so on. Our entire customer base was created on word-of-mouth alone, with zero advertising.

Though we do not have many customers and we do not make the profits that other providers make, we have very happy customers - which makes us very proud!
